A few pics from this weekend’s Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, or C2E2. Not so many words this post, just pics. The one at the end is from Reggies Music Joint, which was just several blocks away from the Comic Con. We were on the third floor, which is known as Reggie’s Trainwreck Rooftop Patio. Great environment but $6 for a plastic cup of Half Acre’s Daisy Cutter? That’s not a wreck, it’s a disaster.

Actress Laura Harrison is a Chicago stage veteran and Northwestern graduate. You might have seen her in Syfy’s Jersey Shore Shark Attack or the Showtime series finale of Weeds. A Dude’s Take on James Franco Movies Supporters of the show usually say its lack of diversity reflects the social segregation of our country, and they have a point. Going to high school in Palo Alto, I definitely saw cliques form along racial lines. But the argument is harder to swallow when the subjects are educated twenty-somethings in New York City.
